Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. They have a significantly high percentage of variable pay for every level, but their payout is very poor.

Culture in Classcanyon is absolutely tremendous in comparison to the previous organization, salary/benefits are provided on time. 3 days holiday and prashant care about his employees.

What i don't like in classcanyon is, that few managers think that they are the owner and close to Mr. Pandey. If we are unable to complete the target they misbehave with us.

Work-life balance is Excellent. There are a lot of considerations for women employees, especially regarding timings and flexibility regarding travelings. Company policies are fair and unbiased.

Dislikes

Salary, and appraisal are very bad for developers here. The package you will enter in will be same through out, which will become ver less compared to market rate. Even promotion would not be able to fill the gap.

...good but the process in which i was working is not good, in terms of management. But the overall experience is good, salary on time.

No medical insurance for employees. They should change their policies.

...ployees like Vinay, saif etc, their mission was just to damage company and team. I informed Prashant but he ignored and salary payslip scam happens. I was unable to work in such a toxic environment. I told Prashant, these people are damaging him but he ignored and at last when payslip fraud happens, then he took action. No wrong word for the company just i want them to learn and grow as their product is far better than other.

No dislike, just Prashant doesn't listen to me.
