No proper communication in between staffs- ego. Your documents will not be given back in any circumstances unless you go legally.

Will get salary on date. But will not get all overtime work benefits.

Their working culture is very bad. Treat employees as a robot. They force to work in Saturdays and Sundays. If we need leave on Saturdays and Sundays, have to inform early, some time they give leave some times not give. Other days only give sick leave.

Never join with this office.On a first note HR will hire employees as Permanent wfh bases with less package then, the policies will changes according to their requirements. MNC policies, company ethics cannot seen here as Management team themselves statesas this is not MNC so don't expect any expections. Worst part is ,in this company people with less than 1 year experience without certification are working as GC / TL and with genuine experience people are working as coders.

All are dislike only there is no proper management, HR's are very useless and managers are affair with female coders and giving favour for that coders, here no cafeteria and no place eating food they provide staircase for food eating totally worst company ever

no work-life balance no offer letter after joining blackmail employees to terminate not approve leaves even sick leaves. force to work on month end to meet team targets no ethics and values for TL's managers and HR's.
