They give good salary and bonus every year. I am a fresher to join and work in the company. So, every one wants good environment and culture. In management team work and guides in projects and a lot of good support to communicate.Company polices are good.

I am the fresher to join at the company. I have a lot of benefits to step in it. But there are opportunities to providing a jobs like freshers. In these reason , on the job training the company is not given the new opportunities what the freshers wants to do.freshers think company is going to hiring a lot of new polices.

The only thing that was likable is that one doesn't have visit office everyday in Kolkata office.

Dislikes

...ice culture is very toxic. They try to manipulate and do unfair work judgements. Poor promotion and incentive structure and salary scale is poorly designed as well. Also they have the policy to join office from 8 am to 12 noon anytime but your manager will force your to join office according to their schedule and benefits. Goals are changed without acknowledging the particular employee and the work load is increased to an extent where it becomes difficult for an employee to manage their work. And if anyone complaints about work then they are dealt with unfair work measurements where they will be told to work with same pace like a other employee with 9 yrs of experience where the particular will be someone holding just 1 yrs of experience in this organization.

Pay is reasonable client facing roles Paid leaves (approx) 35-40 learning resources

Dislikes

High workload, end up working on holidays as well, so nullifies the additional paid leaves benefit. Company performance has not been great, bonuses are lesser
