The exec and upper management is not from India, there is inequality in pay and opportunities between Indians and them. Indians are exepcted to show up in office, buring half their salaies in useless expenses for the work that could be done from home.
The new management is shaky.
The only thing that was likable is that one doesn't have visit office everyday in Kolkata office.

...ice culture is very toxic. They try to manipulate and do unfair work judgements. Poor promotion and incentive structure and salary scale is poorly designed as well. Also they have the policy to join office from 8 am to 12 noon anytime but your manager will force your to join office according to their schedule and benefits.
Goals are changed without acknowledging the particular employee and the work load is increased to an extent where it becomes difficult for an employee to manage their work.
And if anyone complaints about work then they are dealt with unfair work measurements where they will be told to work with same pace like a other employee with 9 yrs of experience where the particular will be someone holding just 1 yrs of experience in this organization.

...r organization. And specifically they value your contribution to their products. Needless to say they provide good hike in salary on completion of appraisal cycle.
High workload, end up working on holidays as well, so nullifies the additional paid leaves benefit.
Company performance has not been great, bonuses are lesser
