Management only listens to buttering upper staff only. In my personal experience last 2 projects SDM bad review about myself relieve me immediately. 1 SDM takes personal he is non-technical and full buttering person. 2SDM listen to only his center employee who really not like me because I ask too many questions. 10% input and expecting 150% output and when consulted they are always super busy. Worst part is Company/HR not given me my last increment which I didn't accepted because of CORONA/ work load and rating issue.
