Good work culture, UK team is really great - I have worked in GIS (Group Information Systems) team, my manager is really great , really fun and cool. - My TL he is really a great and cool mentor and good friend too. - And also the application team ( backend team ) the team lead he is really great teammate and he is the main lead for the project called ClaranetOnline - regarding other team mates as I worked remotely i have quite a few colleagues in the company they are really have exponential skilled, cool and helpful guys in team.

Dislikes

- when UK falls in economy crisis the company restructures all the departments ( laffos , shifting team e.t.c ) - this not dislikes, it's my thing I wasn't great coordination with team to get good appraisal/ promotion That's it folks

Culture of claranet india is 100% worst. Lot of cultural issues. The recruiter who found me, she has no idea about position she work and she keep changes the words based on situation since she approached me and till I join here in Jan this year. I finally got to know internally, that she is a liar and surviving in the company with her talent. Surprisingly, the management of claranet india has terminated few of my colleagues without any reason. I will surely leave once my 1 year service completes and will never come back to this company again.
