If you are seeking job for financial independence do not join Clapingo. They are worst pay masters. Never pay on time. They might not even pay you. No support, worst job satisfaction. This should be last company to be considered.

I don't like anything here.

Dislikes

...ommunication regarding pay. They keep on deducting TDS but fail to give form-16. They are always ready for penalties but never pay salary on time. It takes 50% of the salary to be credited after 3-4 months.

...pingo with high expectations and a commitment to contribute my best to the team. However, I feel compelled to share a concerning aspect of my experience – the consistent delays in salary crediting.Unfortunately our salaries are not credited on time, causing understandable frustration among employees. As someone who values professionalism, I believe it's crucial to address this issue openly and pay our salaries on Time.

Absolutely nothing. They don't have an ounce of respect for their tutors. You'll be made to beg for your own pay to be credited. The CEO is a piece of sh**t who doesn't care how distressing he makes it for the tutors on the platform. I don't know what they do with our hard-earned money every single month. Gambling? who knows...

Dislikes

Worst mistake of my life was to join Clapingo. Horrible pay to begin with, plus good luck EVER getting paid on time.

Dislikes

1) Never pay on time (also the pay is negligible, to begin with) 2) Work culture is trash 3) They do shady stuff with the money you've rightfully earned on the platform. 4) The chat support is useless in resolving/ addressing your problems 5) They mentally harass you by always delaying payments. It's Diwali this month, and the gift we received from them was the news that they won't be able to pay us.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
