Nothing at all.

Dislikes

...not responsible. Thinks friends, how is the CEO of Clancy. And most important, He gave full salary to those employee who didn't work only present in the office and gave dedecuted salary to those employee who work all the time from work. Worst CEO I have ever meet in my career. Don't give any bonus, facilities. He only demands gift.. but not willing to give single line of appreciation of thier employee.

I had a only one month to experience, but it was joy to work there. For those 31 Days I learned a lot of experience in MEP Field. I learned about corporate life a little bit and culture there is just fantastic.

Dislikes

There was nothing to dislike, Everything was good and perfect in its own place.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
