No proper induction will be provided to an newly joined employee Infrastructure is completely poor If you’re a fresher this would be a right company to organise yourself If you’re a experienced professional this is not a right company to enhance your skills Highly not recommended for someone enthusiastic to learn and grow No personal time your life cycle will be miserable This is completely a proprietary based company better don’t expect anything when you join .. Clair engineers private limited is a very good company for freshers. You can learn a lot in the company technically. You oneed to push yourself to upgrade for the new learnings. Considwring the benefits for employee, they are very poor.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
