Its a fraud company, who are ONLY working towards taking money out of country. They do not pay salaries for months together and have hundred's of crores market outstanding. They do not pay even travelling dues. Loads of junior & senior staff has left the company due to being ill treated and not being paid.

Only one person was helpful... the supervisor

Dislikes

The staff is not honest and they don't allow to work in the right direction only Play dirty politics and many try to make extra income by cheating , they even didn't give my 3 months salary and have harrassed me a lot

I would like say that this is most worst company i hv ever worked...

Sorry to say there is not even one reason to like where i worked they dnt have any plan ,managment, team handling,no staff value ,no pay scale ,you’ll get the salary after 3month which is also not sured..

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
