Some of the managers (Shikha Rampal and Ravish) are too biased and when you raise your voice they mentally harass and insult you publically. While its completely opposite with their favorites, they rather serve everything on a golden plate and feed with a silver spoon.

I am proud to work with BFI As North Delhi (ROHINI) Incharge because i am learning many skills from here and getting knowledge from every visit or every meetings of bfi.

Dislikes

Most dislike beatplan i think according to the beat plan no company will not work if your company will trust you then there is no beat plan so company not trusting employee for working i think this should be chnged only.

Its only about projects dept. Don't know about other. Lots of traveling at own cost low reimbursements against.

Poor management, always care about money, no suitable perks. It's like Hut pretending to be Tajmahal.
