During COVID-19 they didn't support any of their staff they just thrown out all of the employee without any notice i worked there more than 4 year and in 23 march they mailed all that the company has shutdown. After some month when they done all the documentation work they restart the company with some of the old employees in 50 percent salary its a worst company ever

Dislikes

They didnt have any management the work environment was like its a stationary shop they have multiple product but didn't have any idea how to sell them and the worst part of this company was politics and the main leader of this office politics was Managing director himself Mr. Pun

Initially when I joined the company, the management was fantastic, helpful and really hard working but after an year or so many seniors left the company and after that the work environment went to dustbin..

Dislikes

No proper knowledge about their own product to seniors.. No ideas from marketing team is taken seriously, they think that we are just giving excuses but we are the ones working with the customers so we know exactly what they want and what issue they are facing.. But the seniors and IT team think of it as a joke.. Poor it team.. No HR in place.. Higher management is absolutely clueless about their own product in the market and are loving in the dreamland of their own.. People like Srini and Pooja are totally senseless and don't have any idea about how this product will work in market.. And at the back of each will abuse each other like kids.. Will keep playing politics and give senseless ideas.. Making it totally unworthy to work their..
