Citylife is a good company, but the people in head of the department is not doing work properly and the management is very poor. The employees' future is black.

Job security, less salary, career growth is terrible and Politics etc.

This company is good for learning.I have learned lots of things about retail.my team is very supportive and caring.city life give me the way what I want.

...is not doing his work properly. I think they have do there work without planing.And one more thing to say citylife gave staff salary vary low.

I like how to conversation of a customer and I like also that city life's customer service is the best customer service

I dislike that salary is not groth with my performance i want to say something that I was working in city life from 2year but company did not think about me

Initial pay package was satisfactory.

The company doesnt have any processes in place and runs like a family institution. And in many instances they dont even pay to their business partners once the project is over.

Work culture is good. All over it is average.job security is there untill any complain against you is not escalated by senior or junior.

Dislikes

...icult to run daily basis works. Time for personal activities will be negligible. Salary slip of each person will not be available until you are there for 6 months. There always be some problem in salary amount.
