1. Salary button is with CEO finger, it depends upon his mood, ki aaj button dabana hai ki nahi. 2. Company has no vision & mission. it will always be at start-up level only 3. GM/M are always ready to say "Yes sir" to CEO on any line (bina sir pair wale baat ko bhi) 4. Only Politics is here in this company. 5. HR will always at everyone side. 6. No hierarchy level is followed here. 7. Founder has too much ego. (An illiterate person with IIT Degree (certificate). 8. Salary has no fixed date. In summary do not join this company, if done - welcome to team of fools.

I have recently left CF. My experience with cityfurnish was quite good my managers is very supportive and always ready to help. He is very knowledgeable about the company processes and has 10-12 year of experience. He is strong pillar of the CS Team. The whole team is supportive. About the founders they all stay personally connected with the employees which is very positive aspect. It any issue arises I can directly share it with them. All the founders are role models to me.

Dislikes

The cs team is often targeted by other teams other team’s unite against them and at the forefront of this is Mrs. Priyanka Goel. She was former Cs employee but still keeps interfering with the cs team. She constantly asks what is going on it the cs team and likes to intrude into their personal lives. She has no knowledge of her own work and just keep giving unnecessary advise. She always tries to make other look bad. Flatters the founders and there’s strange rule that if you flatter the founders you get an increment. She stay in a high position by doing nothing because she is an expert in flattery. Her eyes are always on the heads position. Soon she will become the Operations head. She is a master in flattery. Mr Akash K your chair is at risk BE CAREFUL 2. There is no fixed time for salaries 3. The head of billing team is always watching movies and his puppet team does all the work.He comfortably sits in a corner and tries to look busy. But in reality his only job is to sit in the corner and finish 2-3 movies throughout the day. 4.Collection team is always shouting and sometimes some people even sleep during office hours. No one suspervises them. 5. 4th floor is completely disorganised and looks like it doesn’t even belong to cf. The HR Team always shows partiality towards the 4th floor. No HR staff is based on the fourth foor.if any issue Aries’s the HR team tells us to come down the 3rd floor 4th floor like slum everyone using foul language. If the Founder Mr Neerav Jain were to sit on the 4th floor the HR team would follow suit because they need to stay in the founders good books 6.Washroom is very bad condition as compared to 3rd floor While the only proper floor in CF is the 3rd floor

As a fresher stepping into the professional world, I was filled with uncertainties, but my journey here turned out to be an incredible learning experience. His guidance was instrumental in helping me navigate my responsibilities and build confidence in my abilities. Whether it was handling challenging tasks or refining my skills, Pankaj sir always ensured that I had the right direction and encouragement. In addition, the collaborative culture at CityFurnish allowed me to learn from my team lead and gain valuable insights from the company’s visionary founders. The organization fosters an environment where employees are encouraged to grow, innovate, and contribute meaningfully. Although my journey with CityFurnish was short, it was transformative. I walked away with a wealth of knowledge, a sharpened skill set, and a sense of gratitude for the opportunities and experiences I had. I truly appreciate the supportive culture and leadership at CityFurnish, and I recommend it to anyone seeking to kickstart their career in a positive and nurturing environment.

Short Time: My time at CityFurnish was short, so I couldn’t explore or learn as much as I wanted.

Overall good company work environment good. Always support from reporting manager. You can also reach directly to the CEO Neerav for any query and he is more than happy to treat you equally. I would recommend this company if anyone willing to join.
