...like bonded laborers who will work here approximately 6-7 years in 5% increment. As a CEO if you are not getting funds from anywhere then deduct money from the employees salary. That's a great failure for your company and it's a reason also that's why the newer company is not a startup and you had a startup from last 9 years. Neerav, I shall suggest that left this type of cheap habit and than there will be some changes to grow up. 1. Salary button is with CEO finger, it depends upon his mood, ki aaj button dabana hai ki nahi. 2. Company has no vision & mission. it will always be at start-up level only 3. GM/M are always ready to say "Yes sir" to CEO on any line (bina sir pair wale baat ko bhi) 4. Only Politics is here in this company. 5. HR will always at everyone side. 6. No hierarchy level is followed here. 7. Founder has too much ego. (An illiterate person with IIT Degree (certificate). 8. Salary has no fixed date. In summary do not join this company, if done - welcome to team of fools.

Management is completely partial. All the mangers level people and heads arrive late but nothing is said to them

Especially those who make the rule themselves are the ones who come the late. HR manager (Radhika) on the days when she arrives early to the office she complains to the heads that team is not coming on time. While she herself arrives at 11:30 every day and no one knows when she arrives or leaves. Many times she arrives as late as 12:00 12:30 places her bag on the second floor and directly goes to the 4th floor acting as through she arrived at 10am. Then in the evening she leaves by 7:00 or 6:30pm. She tells her juniors go check on the 3rd floor if Neerav is a there or if he has left as soon as it's found out that Neerav has already left. She also disappears. You are very clever. But the people on the fourth floor are keeping an eye on you. No one speaks up because you have isolated everyone. As soon as someone speaks. You start yelling at them and threaten to complaint to the founders. That's why the ambition box is a way where the truth about you can be shared with everyone First you should start coming on time yourself then expect the office to come on time

GOOD LUCK These agents took more then 30 Days wfh in just 5 months Talking Shit about the company Have some CLASS Buddy They used to say that their collage conduct exams on public holiday hamara 25 Dec Christmas k din exam hai tell me one collage in whole India jo PH par Exams conduct Karein or jab ye apni hi baton me faste the to kuch nhi kar pate the or ab yaha comment karrhe hai padlo bacche age bado 🤣 And for your kind information TL’s their self submitting the medical a proven record which you guys cannot provide Because you Guys used to take fake leaves If you are too genuine about medical leaves then what’s the problem sharing your medical also Employee who is taking medical leave on the name of causal leave in every third week Of course the manger will ask for medical To check the things Because you didn’t build that understanding with your TL Don’t Play victim card here And People who are talking about personal relationships Let me tell you one thing who are you to identify what’s going on Don’t you have any personal relationship and If somebody is taking 1 or 2 months of wfh He or she needs to give proper documentation which you cannot Because you are a big LIER Also can’t you find a job somewhere else NO because you don’t have that talent to find it 🤣 Rest you need to thank Cityfurnish the company gave you chance to prove yourself but you ended your journey writing nagative comments on ambition box
