1. Salary button is with CEO finger, it depends upon his mood, ki aaj button dabana hai ki nahi. 2. Company has no vision & mission. it will always be at start-up level only 3. GM/M are always ready to say "Yes sir" to CEO on any line (bina sir pair wale baat ko bhi) 4. Only Politics is here in this company. 5. HR will always at everyone side. 6. No hierarchy level is followed here. 7. Founder has too much ego. (An illiterate person with IIT Degree (certificate). 8. Salary has no fixed date. In summary do not join this company, if done - welcome to team of fools.

DGM OF CUSTOMER CARE - A TRUE LEADER The DGM Of customer care single handedly managing the entire department which dedication while negativity has been spread by certain Indvidual The truth is that he is humble, supportive and kind leader who has always extended his help to his team The worst part is that the very people he has supported the most are the ones creating problems for him LETS GIVE A CLEAR PICTURE 1. Toxic agents and internal sabotage Many former customer care agents left the company but some insiders continue to leak confidential discussion outside the office. These same agents did the bullying, abused and disrespected their TL'S On floor Gang up outside the office and again abuse their TL/SENIORS. This is nothing short of workplace harassment 2. Hypocrisy and personal attacks These agents who have no sense of professionalism - Showing up in Pajama in Slippers in Office - Have to audacity to pass comments on TL's attire. They used to verbally abuse managers, TL's, and even their families, Yet the senior remains patient respecting the company integrity 3. Baseless complaints and double standards if someone has personal habit or anything while wearing a mask out of respect for others, why is that suddenly the major issue? The workplace has Chainsmokers, People using foul language on floor, yet no one question them If you claim to be professional, learn to mind your own business first. 4. Reality Check for the complaints And for the so called poem Mocking seniors Yes Papa - This only reflects your class, You see others based on your low standards if you couldn't achieve anything in 3 to 4 years, Restoring to office politics and character assassination want take you anywhere 5. The Company's Management is stronger than you guys think The DGM Has earned his position through hard work those who are trying to tarnish his name and damage the company reputation from the outside will fail because the system is much stronger than their pretty agenda's SO, STOP HARRASING INDIVIALY AND GROW UP INSTEAD FO PLAYING DIRTY POLOTICS If you don't have the caliber to succeed at least don't drag others down RESPECT IS EARNED NOT DEMANDED

I had the privilege of working in the billing department at CityFurnish. As a fresher stepping into the professional world, I was filled with uncertainties, but my journey here turned out to be an incredible learning experience. I owe a great deal of gratitude to my manager, Pankaj Vasudev, who was not only a mentor but a constant pillar of support. His guidance was instrumental in helping me navigate my responsibilities and build confidence in my abilities. Whether it was handling challenging tasks or refining my skills, Pankaj sir always ensured that I had the right direction and encouragement. In addition, the collaborative culture at CityFurnish allowed me to learn from my team lead and gain valuable insights from the company’s visionary founders. The organization fosters an environment where employees are encouraged to grow, innovate, and contribute meaningfully. Although my journey with CityFurnish was short, it was transformative. I walked away with a wealth of knowledge, a sharpened skill set, and a sense of gratitude for the opportunities and experiences I had. Overall good company work environment good. Always support from reporting manager. You can also reach directly to the CEO Neerav for any query and he is more than happy to treat you equally. I would recommend this company if anyone willing to join.

I was working as a HR Intern at Cityfurnish. I had the best time over there in terms of learning and I will forever cherish it. I would like to take a moment to thank my manager who is great in whatever work she does. She was very supportive and always motivated me to do better. Even the staff and colleagues were very fun to be around. The best part about Cityfurnish was that there was no politics and the environment was very friendly and cooperative. I'll be forever grateful for this opportunity. I'm excited to apply what I have learned in my future endeavours.
