Covid crisis is the best example to judge any company’s job security. Cityflo did not lay out a single employee during that period. Speaks in itself. Work culture is good, complete your work on time and be diligent towards your job and you are good to go! Policies are employee friendly but are limited to necessary one’s and not additional perks. You get health insurance and etc, basic facilities. Management is good, you have to prove yourself first to start a initiative. Since any new initiative if has a cost attached, it can’t blindly be kicked off on someone’s say. Rest is all cool.
