City Montessori School is the largest school of the world located in a city with 18 campuses and 55000+ children on roll. So it's no doubt a big name to be associated with. Work environment is good, and they pay their teachers well, best in the city. A lot of dedication and innovation is expected out of teachers. They organise teachers' training sessions, IT assessments and lot of other things to ensure quality. Almost every campus has their own international events where one gets to interact with the teachers and children of other cities and countries. Overall a very good option if you are in Lucknow and want to be a teacher.

Career growth is nominal, probably because of lesser options in the hierarchy of a school as compared to others, but they give you good increment in your salary at the beginning of every session. Salary for teachers is not negotiable, it goes as per grade.
