Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Hopeless & third class!!Amin Mansuri doesnt have respect towards doctors. Including sweeper till doctors he didnt/doesnt pay salaries. He owes money in local Shamgarh market too.. highly suggestive not to join in any of his workplaces as they are highly risky ,time consuming and waste of your precious life as earlier people too were not paid salaries

Salaries are never paid to people.. including sweeper to doctors no one is paid
