- No job security - They will fire you without any reason - Its a Product based company and no documentation at all. You have to understand by yourself and have to solve the different client's issues. Team head will not help you. - if you join this company make sure you can be terminate at any time. They don't think even once about you.

1) The management is extremely poor. The CTO - Nasi Peretz is a dictator who makes and forces you to slog extra hours despite having completed your work. 2) The management in India is absolutely not up to the mark. Pulkit Jain does not take a stand for you in front of Nasi Peretz because he is extremely scared of him and eventually insults and assigns you a plethora of work which he himself is not capable of doing. 3) This organization will make your life a burning hell which would not even allow you work from home even if your family members are admitted at the hospital. 4) The CTO would give threats of Police complaint every now and then without any tangible incident. 5) The CTO - Nasi Peretz rolled out fake offer letters in the name of Hornblower Inc. with the name of the company to be "Pino Bros Pvt. Ltd".
