The work culture is great... I got first hand experience of everything that is done in an Architecture firm, from designing, to drawings, material selection to site visit and even client meetings. Sir is very friendly most of the time. He is very lenient and likes teaching. But also gets angry at times when there is pressure.

It is a small company. Not like big corporates with HR deptt and teams.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
