Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...ic work culture the management is very low not understand the employees problem. Salary doesn't give on time. Strict time 9hours a day which is very much.

Everything is fake, They didn't pay on time and work culture is micro management No so good people Upper Manger shouted without any reasons and give you nothing but depression

HR is very supportive, Project Managers are co-operative and specially the C.E.O of the company is very congenial and supportive in career growth of the employees.

Dislikes

Nothing like that but more public holidays should be allowed.
