The duty timing is not good. Work-life balance is almost nil. Salary and other benefits are not given.

Working culture is good and all staff is supportive Specialy Md Sir and Jr. Md Sir is very good and both are listening to everyone problems and respect to everyone here you can learn not only as per your job description but having chance to learn more over than you job define if you are a fresher or start your carrer i suggest you to working with citizen group

Management is very supportive. Wide scope for career growth but who is really accountable for his or her responsibilities.....getting good knowledge of HR business operations

No this company is a like very bad for workers,no satisfaction of labour due to expect as sallary and and all the employed are servent managing directer behave like that.

there machinary got very old but use this 24 hours in a day.
