1. Very Low Salary 2. Puzzled higher management 3. Non professional HR 4. Will have to pay 20000 FD amount at a time of joining and will keep your original documents as well which is very rediculous 5. Blah blah blah

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Do not work in this organisation the Management is sloppy. No intentions to grow and develop.

Worst working culture, the employees who work they only get dumped with all the work others enjoy. Unqualified department heads a bcom graduate is managing MBAs. KRA is not set at the start of the year on what is expected it's done at the end and everyone gets 100% achievement. Nutting is organised. NO SOP is place anyone does anything.

The most pathetic work culture. Seniors are scared of their post and chair. The most dirty politics within the management which effect the Staff and their growth. Zero focus on where the importance to be given.
