...to handle tickets which does not match my profile 5. Salary is very very less 6. My manager called me to show fake sympathy that my salary is less and they will talk to HR but when I said, as per market standard, I shld get 2 lakh more then he insulted me & said "aise tume 50lakh mang loge to hum denge kya".........though after resignation, I got superb hike. 7. favoritism - good project will be given to favourites & rest would be burdened with support task

Since we are a small team, each team member has a lot to do. It's a great learning opportunity for junior people to learn and see from senior training professionals.

Dislikes

...ear goals. Directions change daily and middle management is grossly incompetent. Hiring is done purely based on expected salary and compromising on merit.

No work-life balance. They will make us work for 10 -12 hrs a day. we can see a lot of partiality and managers are egoistic. Job security is nill, you can be out of the project anytime. No option for skill development and even though you have an opportunity to upskill yourself so called egoistic manager will never allow you.

Good work culture of the company. (But company cannot take stand for its employee if client's work life balance culture is worst w.r.t to other project clients)

Dislikes

Poor growth trajectory in terms of skills and compensation.
