There is job security to some extent and there is hybrid work policy. We have to go just twice a week which I feel is good

...tic and you are mostly forced to work overtime to meet the project requirements. The salary is very low as compared to the work we do. The increments are negligible and don't expect any promotion, it's never gonna happen

Company was best to work couple of years back. But nowadays there is nothing that I see I like about this company

...re Worst Appraisal. Even after getting top rating I got negligible increment. They have started with variable pay this year and the way they try to present it is by saying it is for benefit of the Employee. They think that employees are fool and don't know anything Do not recommend to join this company. Better look for good options

...ork life balance again zero. work till late night even after coming from office. Sometimes salary comes late . The bench policy is worst while allocating into a project. A client interview is conducted and that interview happens just like external interview with multiple rounds like we give while switching . They have retention pay policy if you leave organisation within 2 years you will need to pay them bond amount. Freshers can either go for/stay away from this company. but experienced professionals better stay away else you will end up horribly. it feels like you are working in a startup.

...to handle tickets which does not match my profile 5. Salary is very very less 6. My manager called me to show fake sympathy that my salary is less and they will talk to HR but when I said, as per market standard, I shld get 2 lakh more then he insulted me & said "aise tume 50lakh mang loge to hum denge kya".........though after resignation, I got superb hike. 7. favoritism - good project will be given to favourites & rest would be burdened with support task
