...ork life balance again zero. work till late night even after coming from office. Sometimes salary comes late . The bench policy is worst while allocating into a project. A client interview is conducted and that interview happens just like external interview with multiple rounds like we give while switching . They have retention pay policy if you leave organisation within 2 years you will need to pay them bond amount. Freshers can either go for/stay away from this company. but experienced professionals better stay away else you will end up horribly. it feels like you are working in a startup.

Projects with unmatching skills, management is less techie, timely work pressure.

Job is really secured here. They cut 10% sal but after march they will going to pay whole amount. For Learning new technologies company provide trainings with skilled trainer.

After joining company here they have client interview. And for client interview they are asking very difficult questions. Unless and until you have not cracked the client round till then you are on bench. To allocate on project is very difficult here.

No work-life balance. They will make us work for 10 -12 hrs a day. we can see a lot of partiality and managers are egoistic. Job security is nill, you can be out of the project anytime. No option for skill development and even though you have an opportunity to upskill yourself so called egoistic manager will never allow you.
