The starting salary is great

Dislikes

The Work Life balance is poor. Lately citi is undergoing a major restructuring. This led to huge layoffs. Even if you Work like hell it is not worth it. There are no opportunity to learn something new and switch teams. Bcz there are no jobs at all. Don't go for the initial good package. Life is stressful Lately hikes are also not very good

The Only concern is the pay hike which was not as expected, for experienced new joiners the hike percentage quoted more when we join from other companies ,but not as expected for the vintage staffs.
