Even if we work for more than 12 hours per day, they will still demand more. People who are their favorites are given preferential treatment, and no skill sets are considered when giving them promotions and appraisals. There is no work life balance Weekends are also screwed as you are expected to be available to work whenever manager calls

Good compensation and insurance policy and benefits .. Teammates are supportive it depends on the team you get . Manager can be good based on the team you get

Politics ... No transperancy regarding promotion and work allotment ... Career growth can happen if you are self motivated ...

As you want to join Citi with good brand name and salary benefits. It's a good company to work with. As like all other companies it also has politics and business environment.
