The Work Life balance is poor. Lately citi is undergoing a major restructuring. This led to huge layoffs. Even if you Work like hell it is not worth it. There are no opportunity to learn something new and switch teams. Bcz there are no jobs at all. Don't go for the initial good package. Life is stressful Lately hikes are also not very good

Really Enjoy working here, and Having a Great work life balance. No politics and lovable seniors and the higher management. Its an Amazing place to work and learn.

The Only concern is the pay hike which was not as expected, for experienced new joiners the hike percentage quoted more when we join from other companies ,but not as expected for the vintage staffs.

... work for. Everyone are being treated equally and lot of learning opportunity. Best compensation in the Market. If you are capable enough then sky is the limit in Citi. Challenging environment and innovation and ideas are appreciated here. Work life balance is biggest advantage here.
