Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

No training, No job security, No career growy, No appraisal, Fake travel promises by Mr. Hitesh Mehta, Alot of politics played by Mr. Anil Bhagat & self claimed HR and Manager Mr. Hasanali Sherrifi. Worst work environment, no innovation at all. Totally disturbed work life balance.

Dislikes

There's nothing to like in the company, still survived an year with great efforts and hard work.

Citibond Travel is a good place to work and learn which u work. You get quite good exposure of Travel Business and the Managers and Senior staff here are quite supportive. I would recommend this place to work.

The work place needs little makeover.
