Organizational culture. People are sitting for 17-20 years and have completely spoiled the environment. Too much politics across maximum teams I came across and interacted. More than work 90% of time goes in office politics. HR is good for nothing.

...t promoted. Somehow Citi does not really consider your seniority and experience. If they can slow you down in role and lesser pay, they will do that. You have to fight about it and be a chaatu to your boss to move ahead.

...ecurity. They will remove them after a few days or they will push you to resign. Layoff affected a lot of employees in India and no one talked anything about this Part of the cost-cutting they targeted directors to the above level but when it comes to India all the MDMDsand directors protected each other and removed C05 to C11 employees from Citi.
