...reshers to get proper industry experience. therefore my exp was subpar/average. hence the pay is not competitive to other bank like JP Morgan , GS ,etc although some of those are hedge funds.

...op to bottom , people are involved in buttering and just pleasing management . Salary they gave at the time of joining was really good

1. really lazy and incompetent SVP in this firm , they need to improve the communication skills, conflict management and even leading people 2. A lot of politics and some people who are near and dear to managers will not even work on anything and just sitting idle all the time ..

With in team very less communication & no openness in between senior management & team members, work pressure is ver much high , working in very aggressive mode

Too much US driven. you have to work on their hours after your your shift also. No learning curve. you just take story and delivered it without any question asked. Single digit hike after hiring.
