Totally unhealthy and toxic culture Treat new resources like slave and garbage Every weekend you would get assigned some work unless you would not be eligible for annual bonus You cannot take leave if you are taking leave it would impact your year end appraisal and annual bonus HR department functioning like without brain. Your line manager is all in all regarding taking all the decision.

Company is good when I join the Citi at that time everything is good but now there are changes alot like. Now we are getting less salary

...fore we have option if any public holiday you have benifit to work if you want .if you work on that day then you will get dubbel pay but now we didn't get that option.

Nothing. The company especially the Bengaluru Location is like a Milk production Diary and the employees are the livestock. Once they are milked enough then they are sent out for Slaughter.

Dislikes

Everything. They hire you at a very high package, in fact way more than current market trends so that you don't get employed elsewhere after you join Citi. Then the work culture, management, pathetic bosses, layoffs and always uncertainty makes it so difficult to survive. Eventually you succumb or go with the flow to lose your mental balance.

everything else. They do not give you entire job description. they lie to you about working hours and holidays and not much scope for training for new joinees.

I liked the only thing about Citi is they pay very well. Salary is very good comparable to other companies.

Dislikes

The work environment is really boring, no team activities or fun activities happen, only work work and work. Senior management is very manipulative. Work culture is worst.
