Good HR policies. Management is open minded.

Dislikes

No scope for growth for operation enginner. Poor salary appraisel process. They have very low budget for salary increment for the engineers. Manager forces to take night rounds without giving any benefits. Company only works in installation and maintenance of street lights and does not want to grow in other areas . This field experience is not counted in other electrical industries.

Good work environment with supportive management and providing Sallery and bonus timely, and daily company provides traning work based to worker and Engineer, No More work pressure and team handling through mobilization

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues, As it is Project site company for 5 Years and also do arise Pressure to work on the night With workers

Citelum provides opportunity to learn and scale yourself in future, at project level we develop junior employees for bigger tasks. Rest Safety, Employee benefits, appraisal, work life balance etc. are too good.

Promotions within the company are limited after a certain level.

There's no salary increment of honest working person. only salary increment of chamcha person which are not doing his job they are doing only chamcha giri

The company have very good HR policies and employees concerns are listened properly.The team is very good specially the departments of Operations,HR,Safety.Safety is prority.Operation team are knowledgeable and hardworking,HR team are readily available to support and approachable.The Safety team are available to implement all safety measures.Rest department employees have average approach but not bad.

Dislikes

Very conservative and no future vision.Happy with limited source.As belongs to EDF group,the company is not taking benefit to grow.
