Terrible work culture, no compensation daily for 10-12 hours i.e 4-5 hrs extra than office hours no respect for employees manager and section manger themselves have less knowledge company takes project as a third party contracter so verry less hours they quote with very tight schedule in which most of the time they do rework because of lack of expertise they force the employ to complete 2 day work in 1 day to utilise less hours and meet schedule which results in quality compromise increment is yearly 5-8% the treatment from leads and manager is very unprofessional i have seen newly joined seniors with 10-15 years of experience the leads behave with them very irrespectfully no good engineer retains more than 2 years even freshers leave within maximum 3 years

Company policy is good, inspite of pandemic they gave 5% salary hike and bonus.

...are no hours and one have to work with less hour's and complete the work n give. Which effects the salary which we get. Seniors are very much insure for their jobs and humalite the people who have newly join.

Citec is one of best company for new learning day by day. Lots of new Task and challenges are meets for self development. Job is secured in Citec as compared to others competitors.

..., but there is lots of work to do which affect the personal life of Individuals. I have to work 12-14 hours everyday as normal per day Compensation. (i.e. 8 Hours pay per day). This need to be changed in coming future.

You are being monitored very closely. If you go to washroom more than 4 times a day then you are questioned and either ask to reduce your water intake or compensate the loss of time.

Some people think they are like the owner and they dont care what other efforts are, their knowledge and skill are never taken into consideration all they just satisfy their ego two faces people being your mentor they will stab you worst experience
