Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Excellent work place for freshers. Good work environment. Best for paid leaves. Best compensation for over time. Especially Development manager Mr.Gowtham is too good -No matter how many times anyone comes and asks, he most of time patiently tells them. Also My manager Mr. sathish too calm and good.Im proudly said I also feel very proud to have worked Especially I thank them to Mr.Murali (MD & CEO)

Worst Store department. MD also knowns that.He seems not to notice.Also that department guys infront of MD -Act like Shivaji Ganesan. For example - If this company is INDIA.This store is like BIHAR. very worst department completely acting infront of Managers and MD

growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes,i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
