...ompany culture to learn is good, at least if one doesn't need specific training. Salary always comes on time if not before. You get colleagues who may or may not be friendly in the beginning but once you gel, things smoothen out.

Dislikes

Post lockdown, the firm has been going haywire in terms of number of hires. The new directorial personnel from the BPO industry are making things like a BPO in Cision, even though, Cision is not a BPO. They are removing peeps as per data, which I don't think is apt if someone has been working with them for quite some time. Another thing, if you are going for an interview with Cision, chances are you will be told after joining that your position is with US team and not the India team, so make sure that you ask them if the permanent role is for US team or India team and then decide accordingly. Always try to do morning shifts rather than night shifts as it will take a toll on your body if you do it for longer durations of time since it will make your whole day go bonkers, hope the one reading is getting my point.

...R and managment cordination, stressfull work invironment because poor mnagment I left the organisation asked for last 3month salary slip but still waiting from last year they are not providing

... a small cafeteria and arcade. Company policies are good, appraisal are average. Salary is good but not satisfactory.

I am not at all satisfied ... Poor salary ,no incentive, no recognition,no job security,no growth opportunity , no extra employee benefits ... Majdoori karwa rhe yhan. Better see somewhere else . no matter how hard work you do if you are not a chamcha of ur team lead or manager ... You may not get anything here.

They don't even have a payband or scale in their company. You'll get promoted multiple times without any raise. Appraisals will be below inflation rate. Pathetic company.
