...re and the employees are very helpful to bring you up to the track once we join. Wonderful work-life balance and compensation. Would love getting a permanent role in Cisco. Still, not yet time to comment about Appraisal as i joined recently, but for me as a senior, it doesn't make much difference as the perspectives change after a certain years of experience :)

Based on my experience on Cisco WebEx, I find Cisco has been using latest and greatest technologies along with good Engineering practices.

Dislikes

Compensation could be better but its still above average tech companies.

Salary is less compared to market standards No transparency in salary We don’t even get to know what is the grade level of our colleagues unless you are involved with colleagues outside work like chai table or discussion tables

I like the Campus and work culture at Cisco.

Dislikes

Until you resign, managers will not recognize your worth. Pay is less when compared with competitors. Promotions happen rarely. Managers will not allow you to take leaves.
