Compensation is good..bonus etc are good ... But there is no job security .. every year they will do force resignation ,if there is a slight decline company revenue.. Work satisfaction depends on which project you are working.. Upper level management keeps on getting changed, due to politics..

Management keeps on getting change due to politics and cost cutting.. Too many rework.. Many project are good, but there some bad project also.. depends on you luck..better in the interview ask about the project and what kind of work it will be..

...vel and onsite opportunities are very less Career growth is also not that high Salary and appraisals are below standards what the competitors are offering Politics are common

...nsurance of parents , spouse and children. 2) RSU and ESPP benefits are there. 3) Pay Fair hike is there in which HR will do hike with no manager intervence. 4) LND programs in Cisco are amazing. If u want to learn any new technology. LnD programs help you to grow. 5) Hackathon are conducted. 6) Work Culture is good where people motivates you to participate in learning program and new innovation. 7) Medical benefits are amazing in which health checkup and dental check-up of parents are provided.

Hike and compensation are not up to the mark. Due to which people think to switch.

Salary is less compared to market standards No transparency in salary We don’t even get to know what is the grade level of our colleagues unless you are involved with colleagues outside work like chai table or discussion tables

Until you resign, managers will not recognize your worth. Pay is less when compared with competitors. Promotions happen rarely. Managers will not allow you to take leaves.
