Higher authority person will work calm and neatly.But some manager not good.They will Target some people.If we are working 24 hours.They won't satisfy. They will ask can you work another one hour.

...a lot of politics and the management never understands or addresses your issues. Salary is good but it cannot suffice the mental torture. Had to resign early due to such reasons. No on job training by bosses, you will have to understand and manage the work all by yourself, seniors will only find faults.

... Freshers to learn. But Cipla is giving full freedom and fast learning programs. so many things that a employee satisfaction like job security work environment and salary etc...

Work culture and canteenme food is not satisfactory...

EVEN CIPLA HR WILL HELP PEOPLE IN ONLY SALARY ISSUE NOTHING ELSE REST ALL WILL TAKE OF LEADERS IF ANYONE WANT TO SPEAK REGARDING SOME UNETHICAL THINGS GOING ON IN CIPLA .
