...e which I got to see in Patalganga Plant and same is the case for overall Cipla. Gossiping, taunting and not working or doing justice to your salary is clearly seen in Cipla. There is a concept of YMP which s worst since such employees are paid soo high salary for the same work which normal person can also do. Overall worst organization to work with because company is not bad but people out there are worst and more than company for an employee what matters is working with such worst people. I was hired without giving written JD and only varbal JD was told,since I was in need of job i had to join. If you take your own stand people start gossiping badly about u. There are people with worst mentality. I would never suggest anyone to join this company especially in any of their plants. There is no good motivation because employee motivation is not taken care of if you join as a contractor. Never join in low position and especially as contract employees in Cipla. There is huge differences done between the employees. Leaders dnt know to work but to eat free food and do show-off on their position. I would suggest company to please value Contract employee and people who are hard working and dedicated to their work and make them onroll. And please remove the concept of YMP. Instead hire good quality employee and not just quantity employee.

If your Boss local and you are belonging from different area then don't work here, Local management are ruing CIPLA brand value, If you are outsider from Maharastra then don't join Cipla (Kurkumbh, Pune) plant. Top management always harassing the new joiners (Experienced / Trainee). The culture of Engineering department is terrible. Manager SANDIP RAMDAS DHUMAL is illiterate and uncultured person. If you want to join here ensure that who will be your Boss.
