1. Marathi partiality. 2. Worst Canteen facility as per reputation. 3. Operator is housekeeping here. 4. Executive/ Senior Executive issue.

Cipla is the best organisation to work for in terms of Learning exposure, work culture, ethics, optimum salary.

Dislikes

Nothing negative, only one thing that applies to all organisations, if your reporting manager is not good then it does not matter for how great organisation you work for.

Yeah actually it's very graceful to work in cipla because we have responsibility of work and it's medicine company which mean that helpful to keep people safe with decises and iam delighted to work in cipla

As a casual we get less salary so which his not good

There is no job security ,people are so rude

...hey can't even provide good food to their employees just don't go to cipla goa And you don't get pay for OT

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
