Working together in team made the work so interesting and easily come out with various innovations.

Work is intresting with the teammates, though we do not have department of research and development which could help our innovations to be highly considerate.

Work load is not to much, Employees are not treated badly, A lot of training opportunity, Very nice and clean working environment, Provides job security.

Dislikes

Methods of appraisal not to good, The work pressure is sometimes very high working on public holly days, There is no system of salary increment apart from points you get from appraisal, the don't provide employee gratuity when living just pay 3 month up front.
