There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Seniors not understand anything. Specially those who have completed 15 plus years in Cipla only, these people themselves consider as woner of Cipla. Work culture is very bad.

One of the person having problem who always scolding their subordinates. Bad experience with my manager's manager.

Job is secure if work prooer process, working culture is very good bcz senior are help full. Management take decision that is also good, policies is very goodts a company which sale medicine in low price that is easy for people to take
