The only one thing which I appreciate more for Cipla health they are good on salary excustion they remain always on time. No delays. Moreover mainly Cipla has their own report in the market so challengers are not as big whenever I visited for the trade।।

Everything was going nicely but after so many ups downs and lockdown finally they stop my contract with Adecco ।। And I lose my job in such tough situation specially during epidemic condition Since last 4 years I was with Cipla health as a TM @delhi hq. It would be remain more fine and happy if they save my job and manage me in the channel but no hard feeling ।। Thanks Cipla health for giving me 4 years with you।

Working culture is bad, but salary is good in lockdown period continue provide salary's time to time.Growing company only some products running brand but new product of pressure not response given to retailer's.No job security

Think beyond target to achieve milestone and agressive approach to achieve task assigned. Opportunity to find out solution rather than sitting on problems. Strong MIS to have clear cut understanding of where we stand against the competitor. Strong visibility of brands at retailers point and huge investment on promotion both ATL and BTL.

Dislikes

Higher management diplomacy towards target setting and reciprocation of ideas and ground reality of market at different zone needs to understand rather than Pan India approach.
