Lab QA is dragging down our organisation.They are imposing their decision for satisfaction of personal ego.so because of lab QA conditions are worst to work.

Cipla was a vary good company ; I am working from 9 years and I don't have any complaint on this everything is good culture, security, management and they will give more respect for women's and they are conducting children activities also for example drawing competition my children's also participate in that they will gifts and etc. Cipla is taking care of environmental. In this covid-19 period cipla has supported very much,each and very village went and said about covid-19 and cautions, food they supplied, medicine kits,they visited the schools and said how should take care in covid-19 time. In schools and all did event's and activities etc.. and I Hope that cipla should come no.1 company in the world. Thank you

In Karnataka banglore virgonagar unit I worked Only they will consider local peoples only for increment and promotion if others are worked good also the top management peoples will not consider.

Dislikes

Top management like all department heads has to be terminated they are working same position along period and not updated. It is a Islam owners company ,some of the managers rationally not recuriting Muslim candidates.

Cipla is one of the best company to work in pharma industry but human resources manager are working under the influence of zbm and not able to take their own decisions in any situation

Hr policy and zbm ,dsh role not not justified their decision
