... trying to bring the Mexican work-style here, in a crowded country like India. Yes the compensation part is "somewhat good" but very diplomatic on the other hand. All in all, it is not worthy enough to work here. That's it.

Infinite number of processes and management practices.. Concall on every ball of the over, making the work style as un-natural and impractical all through the way. It high time, that the company seriously think about it's style of operating, else keep itself ready to lose loyal and hardworking workforce - as they all the very very disappointed by the direction in which the company is going. #pathetic.

Work culture is good every staffs are friendly no work pressure but staff strength is very low because work is little bit hard the company have aproaxiame 1 lak average sale in VIP section but they give us only 10500 rs salary per month kitchen capacity is 7 including head chef . Wors company I ever work in my 8 year f&b life

...s experience in d and b field Cinepolis kochi is the worst company ever I work. Because of low salary package and there is no yearly salary increament. And there is no future and carrier growth. After that I join PVR cinemas including incentive my PVR salary is double of the Cinepolis salary.

Staff is too good and supported.they help me a lot that's I give 4 star. When I am in problem they help me a lot

I have working here last 1 year. Majjor concern is salary.its too low. And sometimes I feel some difficulty when my salary come . I can an example. Last month I had gone every day for my duty. I never take any leave or off but also then my salary come only 10200 that's why I give 2 star in salary and benefits.

- More of a yes-man favouring culture. - Head office team is least bothered to resolve the challenges being faced by the operations team at ground level - Pathetic supply chain management SOPs - SOPs are developed by a third party company - architecture to the best of my experience is designed with the least consideration about practicality of operations.
