Good work in culture and company's policies but the teammates and the management aren't with you they always pushed you down.. if you want to build good relation with them then you just be servant for them.. do whatever they say if that's wrong or right.

Work culture is good every staffs are friendly no work pressure but staff strength is very low because work is little bit hard the company have aproaxiame 1 lak average sale in VIP section but they give us only 10500 rs salary per month kitchen capacity is 7 including head chef . Wors company I ever work in my 8 year f&b life

...s experience in d and b field Cinepolis kochi is the worst company ever I work. Because of low salary package and there is no yearly salary increament. And there is no future and carrier growth. After that I join PVR cinemas including incentive my PVR salary is double of the Cinepolis salary.
