Likes

Hybrid Model for localites & remote work for outstation candidates. However, the management has stopped recruiting outside(Mumbai) candidates as they want to deploy hybrid model on a strict basis.

Dislikes

Nothing is systematic. No cooperation from higher management. Development scope is missing. No job stability. Anyone can loose a job with a notice of only 15 days from the company. However, if any employee wants to resign then they have to serve a notice period of 3 months and if there is any bond involved then they have to pay the amount involved in the bond.

During my tenure as a Project Manager at Cymetrix Software, I had the privilege of experiencing several positive aspects of the work environment. They maintained a balanced approach, providing guidance when needed while allowing employees the autonomy to execute their responsibilities. This trust in the team fostered an environment where creativity and independent decision-making were encouraged. Additionally, I had the opportunity to work on multiple projects simultaneously, which was both challenging and rewarding. This exposure not only enhanced my project management skills but also broadened my understanding of various domains. The ability to manage diverse projects under minimal supervision was a testament to the management's confidence in their employees' capabilities. The relatively low level of interference from management allowed me the freedom to perform my duties in a manner that best suited the projects' needs. This autonomy was instrumental in developing a sense of ownership and accountability in my work, which I believe is crucial for personal and professional growth.

As a former Project Manager at Cymetrix Software, I believe it's important to provide an honest assessment of the company's current situation to help prospective candidates make informed decisions. In recent times, Cymetrix Software has faced significant challenges due to the impact of the global recession. Unfortunately, the company has struggled to secure new projects, which has led to a decline in overall business performance. Compounding this, the acquisition by Wondrlab has not yielded positive results; in fact, it has contributed to further deterioration of the organization. The management has been compelled to implement layoffs due to the scarcity of projects, which has significantly affected employee morale and stability. Given the current trajectory, there is a substantial risk of the organization facing closure in the near future. Considering these factors, I would advise against pursuing opportunities at Cymetrix Software at this time. The environment is currently unstable, and the prospects for growth and job security appear uncertain.
